How long do you keep most of your emails for?

Here’s a quick review of last month’s poll, ‘How long do you keep most emails for?’  The majority of our readers keep their emails for at least a month.  There isn’t really a recommended time scale for how long you should keep emails for.  There are of course some emails which you should always keep (e.g. with invoices or passwords) and others which are worth keeping on to for a few weeks.  Remember, each email you keep takes up space in either your web-based inbox allowance or your hard drive.
